Your Patient Voice Committee is a well established group of around 12 patients. They meet with GPs and staff from the practice meet regularly to discuss issues affecting the practice and wider health community.  Most GP practices have patient groups, sometimes called Patient Participation or Practice Patient Groups.

Although the comminttee do not deal with personal complaints, the Patient Voice Committee will keep in touch with you about what is happening, sending regular informative newsletter via email.

Patients are also encouraged to also join the Patient Reference Group, which means that the Patient Voice Committee will involve you by asking your opinions and would welcome any comments you wish to make about the service that is offered at The Oaks.  We are extremely fortunate at the Oaks to have such an effective and active group of patients dedicted to helping us provide excellent care for the patients of The Oaks Partnership.

Our Patient Voice Virtual Health Event took place via zoom on 12th November 2020.

If you would like to be part of the parient reference group, then please contact the Patient Voice Committee by emailing them at or ask our reception team for a form.
